In the following cases, we will not be able to fulfill your request for deletion of personal information as required by laws and regulations:

(1)directly involving national security and national defense security;

(2)directly involving public safety, public health, and significant public interests

(3) directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;
